The successful candidate will play a key part in recruiting top talent for one of our high-volume roles - making a real difference by connecting talented individuals to quality patient care roles.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies involving sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and using proactive sourcing methods.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating face-to-face interviews, conducting reference checks, providing guidance on best recruitment practices, maintaining a constant talent pool, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creative recruitment strategies.
You will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions, with a focus on building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
