About the position
Southern Cross Catholic College Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Annandale is a care facility offering before and after school care and vacation care to the Annandale community's youngest members. Through an engaging, educational and playful environment, children are provided with an extension to their day, where they continue to learn, grow and develop under the care of passionate early educators.
We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead the operation of our OSHC on a full time permanent basis working 38 hours per week commencing as soon as practical. This service operates year-round, with a two-week closure over Christmas, and is open from 6.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will join a supportive environment where you can manage and mentor a team of Educators and help guide the service’s development to meet local needs, supported by your 2IC, Business Operations Consultant, and MMCNQ specialists.

What you’ll need to succeed:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
* Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
* Passion and dedication to provide the highest standard of care for our children and families
