**Purpose of the Role**:
At Koko Black, we strive to deliver high quality products to our customers safely and on time.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to lead the sanitation and equipment requirements of the Koko Black manufacturing facility and when required, support general cleaning across the production, warehouse and office areas.
We are looking for 2 Industrial Cleaners to support our Day Shift, which operates Monday - Friday, 07.00am - 03.00pm. Industrial Cleaner 1: 07.00am - 03.00pm Industrial Cleaner 2: 09.00am - 05.00pm.
**Manufacturing Sanitation & Equipment**:
- General cleaning of manufacturing areas, tools and equipment.
- Maintain par levels of consumable items in manufacturing.
- Maintain scullery kitchen cleanliness, stock and equipment.
- Maintain par levels of cleaning chemicals for manufacturing.
- Rotation of chocolate moulds in and out manufacturing as required.
- Assist with the put away of manufacturing raw material and packaging.
- Assist with filling of chocolate tanks.
- Conducting deep cleans of particular equipment or areas.
**Support of general site cleaning**:
- Support the warehouse, office and staff break areas being cleaned as required.
- Support with bathrooms being replenished and cleaned as required.
- Assist with cleaning after staff events on site, such as morning teas/team meetings as required.
**Required Skills, Experience & Capabilities**
- A strong sense of purpose and urgency
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience cleaning in a food manufacturing environment
- Personable and approachable
- Strong understanding of the operation of manufacturing equipment and facility
