We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Bars Manager to lead our vibrant bar teams across Charles Bar, Nautilus Pool Bar, and Best Brews at The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. About the Role As Assistant Bars Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of our bar venues. You’ll inspire and guide your teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and is ready to take the next step in their career with Marriott.
