The Opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion and growth in the business we have an opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative to join the Victorian team. We are seeking a results-driven person to expand our market share and strengthen our presence in the concrete waterproofing industry. In this hybrid role, you'll combine fieldwork with remote collaboration, working closely with clients, contractors, and distributors to drive sales growth and develop lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute Xypex sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth
* Identify new business opportunities and new projects to fill sales pipeline
* Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers
* Conduct product presentations and field demonstrations
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals, supply agreements and contracts
* Monitor trends and competitive activities to identify threats and opportunities
* Maintain contact with engineering firms, contractors and concrete producers
* Produce weekly reports on progress and monthly forecasting
* Assist in the development of an annual forecast for the territory
Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven experience and success in a technical sales and/or business development position
* Construction and/or construction chemicals industry experience is preferred
* Strong selling, negotiation, influencing and communication abilities
* Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
* Ability to create and deliver high impact presentations tailored to business stakeholders
* Proficient user in Microsoft Office Products and a CRM software system
* Motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Technical or business degree or diploma is highly regarded
* Current Drivers licence and willingness to travel as required
