About the Role

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager (Groups & Distributors) is the heartbeat of our multi-channel growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships to form joint business plans across Health Food, Pharmacy and Grocery. This role is a hybrid of high-level group management and daily operational integration with our distributor network and Nutra Field Team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow key group accounts across Health Food, Pharmacy and Grocery channels

* Build and execute joint business plans to support sales and growth targets

* Support promotional planning and trade spend to drive performance and profitability

* Ensure strong execution of ranging, pricing and in-store visibility

* Work closely with distributor partners to manage forecasting, inventory and performance

* Support demand planning to ensure stock availability across everyday and promotional periods

* Collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

* Partner with the National Sales Manager to align and support the field team

* Engage with the field team to ensure clear execution of account plans in store

* Conduct periodic store visits to assess execution and identify opportunities

About You

Channel Expert: You've had a few years of experience in a KAM role and already know the key players in Health Food, Pharmacy and Grocery space.

Operational Rigour: You're proficient with data and you understand the mechanics of forecasting and inventory.

Commercial Finesse: You have excellent negotiation skills and can lead pricing discussions with confidence.

Nutra Heart: You have a genuine interest in health and a drive to contribute positively to our community.

Unwavering Ownership: You honour your commitments and deliver excellence ahead of time.
