Caulking & Waterproofing Specialist
Our company is seeking an experienced Caulking & Waterproofing Journeyman to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing high-quality sealants, caulks, and waterproofing systems on buildings and ramps. This role requires travel to various construction sites throughout the region.

You will work closely with our team members to ensure seamless project execution, and your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think critically will be essential in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Install high-quality sealants, caulks, and waterproofing systems on buildings and ramps
* Travel to various construction sites throughout the region as required
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to industry standards and guidelines
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in construction, preferably in caulking and waterproofing
* Precast concrete and construction site experience preferred
* Fundamental knowledge of joint sealant installation, backer rod installation, and waterproofing systems
* Ability to mentor apprentices and train new staff
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
