We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at the Kerferd Unit. As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 2 (RPN2), you will be responsible for providing specialist mental health nursing care, including assessments, treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
To be successful in this role, you will require current nursing registration with AHPRA and a Bachelor of Mental Health Nursing or a related qualification. You will also need to demonstrate safe and effective communication techniques and an understanding of therapeutic principles related to person-centred care and mental health.

About the Role
As a RPN2, you will be a valued member of our team and contribute to excellence in mental health consumer care outcomes. You will provide high-standard clinical input to the multidisciplinary team and collaborate with consumers, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care.
* Conduct thorough mental health and physical assessments of consumers;
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each consumer's needs;
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and achieve optimal outcomes;

Requirements
* Current nursing registration with AHPRA;
