Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of eCommerce Assistant in our Australian subsidiary on the south side of Brisbane. The eCommerce Assistant supports the execution of online sales strategies, coordinates product listings, and enhances customer experience at every stage of the Wahl eCommerce operation. This position will work with and report directly to the eCommerce Manager ANZ. Why Wahl? Key Responsibilities Implement Online Strategies : Support the eCommerce Manager in the development and execution of online sales and promotion strategies to drive traffic and conversion online. Channel Portfolio Optimization: Support the eCommerce Manager in the acceleration of GMV and optimize traffic driving investments across DTC channel, marketplaces and Amazon. Coordinates Product Listings : Coordinates product information, including descriptions, prices, and images, are accurate and appealing on Magento and Amazon. Customer Support : Address customer inquiries in collaboration with the customer service team to resolve issues, providing timely resolution and communication to ensure a positive shopping experience. Website Maintenance : Monitor and update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a user-friendly design. Web Performance Analysis : Monitor and report on performance using GA4 analytics. Generate traffic reports and conversion analysis. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize product listings and enhance user experience. Collaborate : Work closely with SEO, SEM, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to enhance the overall e-commerce experience. Research Market Trends : Stay informed about emerging eCommerce trends and consumer behaviors to propose strategies for improving online sales. Reporting: Provide support for activities relating to reporting and feeds for online sales, reviews/ratings. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: Education : A bachelor's degree in business with major studies in E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred. Experience: 2 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is advantageous, with a strong understanding of online sales strategies and ecommerce levers. Technical Skills : Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Maropost and Digital Marketing tools such as HubSpot and or Klaviyo is essential. SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and customer interaction. Reliable and have good organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment and have great attention to detail. Strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven thought process. Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities. Microsoft Office in particular minimum intermediate excel skills. Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and creative flair.
