About The Role
* Onsite and full-time, 9-day fortnightly roster working Monday to Friday only
* Actively engaging with clients, Third Parties, and other insurers throughout the claims process
* Negotiating and proactively seeking to recover costs to ensure a positive outcome for our customer
* Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts
* Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks
About You
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
* Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
* Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
* Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
