Claims Consultant Job
Seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Claims Service Consultant.
This role involves reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring accurate outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and identify claims outside policy scope for accurate outcomes.
* Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
* Prepare documentation for stakeholders as required.
* Develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs.
* Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions.

* Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
* Ability to optimize business value through high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
* Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
* High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
* Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
