About Us
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and drive business results.
The Opportunity
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service staff, ensuring optimal use of labor resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of HCA Service staff
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on customer needs
* Promote and enforce strict WHS compliance among employees and contractors
* Drive financial performance of the Service department
Additionally, you will manage warranty expenses, ensure timely recovery, and maintain accurate reporting.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven track record of successfully managing operations within a comparable environment
* Demonstrated safety focus with a strong understanding of WHS principles
* A commitment to enhancing relationships with customers, peers, and the community
* Relevant tertiary and/or trade qualifications
