Key Responsibilities:
* Lead dealer network growth and ensure sustainable expansion.
* Build and optimize B2B sales channels with solar installers and distributors.
* Create and deliver sales and training materials to partners.
* Manage and motivate partners, support external orders, and ensure operational efficiency.
* Conduct market analysis on competitors' pricing and trends.
* Develop and execute channel management strategies aligned with business goals.
* Oversee product and service launches, including forecasting and market penetration strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Australian solar industry.
* Proven success in sales, business development, or operations.
