About Us

At CleanCo we are delivering clean energy solutions to help our customers thrive in a net zero future.

We own and operate more than 1GW of low emission energy generation and we are actively growing our portfolio to help propel Queensland's energy transformation.

We are a passionate, inclusive team committed to creating a clean energy future for Queensland. If our mission resonates with you, consider a career with CleanCo.

About the Role

As the Project Manager within our Asset Operations Major Works team, you'll deliver capital projects across CleanCo's far north Queensland hydro power stations, ensuring they are scoped, planned, and executed safely, on time, and within budget.

You'll work closely with site operational and engineering teams, applying CleanCo's project delivery framework and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. You'll manage multiple complex brownfield projects, oversee procurement, and ensure rigorous risk management and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of Kareeya Power Station with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. As this role is supporting both of CleanCo's FNQ assets, there will be a small amount of travel to our Barron Gorge Power Station in Cairns from time to time.

About you

* Ability to manage multiple, complex, multi-staged brownfield projects concurrently.
* Skilled in multi-stage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and risk planning
* Strong contractor management, cost control, and reporting capabilities
* Proficient in MS Project, SAP, and project management methodologies
* Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, or Commerce
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification highly regarded
* Flexible, safety-focused, and committed to quality outcomes
* Experience scoping, planning, executing, and closing out projects in a matrix-type project delivery function.
* Experience in cost planning, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration.
* You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.

We encourage applications from neurodivergent people, people with disability, First Nations people, and those from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Adjustments to the recruitment process are available on request.
