Citadel Edge provides C4I support to Army and the Department of Defence. This specific role is critical in onsite support of the Army Aviation platforms.
This role is critical to our multi-year Service to Army, being the most senior Onsite role proactively assisting, enabling and delivering C4I Systems capability, specifically to plan, design, implement, operate, update, supervise and fix C4I systems within Army Aviation user communities.

What’s The Role?
* Providing on-site technical advice and support to Commonwealth Personnel, consistent with approved TD and Commonwealth training material, regarding system functions and performance.
* Conducting system administration activities, implementing system configuration changes, and system troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
* Management of aeronautical, geospatial and other applicable data including system troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
* Conducting on-site liaison and debriefing with Commonwealth Personnel as appropriate, to gain enhanced understanding of issues and potential improvements.
* Providing other relevant support as agreed between the Commonwealth and the Supplier.
* Providing technical support to the update and maintenance of applicable Technical Data.
* Providing technical support to the management of aeronautical, geospatial and other applicable data.
* Provide relevant technical advice to the Client in support of C4I system evolution activities.
* Ensuring all documentation is maintained and stored in the appropriate repository.

What’s Your Edge?
* NV1 Security Clearance.
* Experience with AMS and AMPS.
* Extensive experience with Edge networking and computing equipment, including:
o Racked and portable appliances
o Communications and data link equipment such as military radio and ancillaries
o Airframe specific interface devices and racks
o Deployable infrastructure
o Enabling software such as virtualisation, applications, security tools and mission modules
* Experience configuring and administrating appliances as well as NAS, servers, laptops and other end-point systems (across a variety of vendors).
* Experience configuring and administrating network software systems.
* Strong communication skills and proven ability to work independently within a small team.
* Demonstrable experience with government or military networks.
* Working knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite and Atlassian suite.
* Relevant tertiary or certificate qualifications.
