We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Officer to join our maintenance team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for delivering prompt, high-quality service to residents and clients.
The successful candidate will have experience in building maintenance or handyman services, with a strong focus on customer service and positive outcomes. You'll also have the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and follow policy, procedures, and guidelines.
As a Property Maintenance Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Performing general building duties, including refurbishments and scheduled and emergency repairs;
* Cultivating a safe and comfortable living environment for residents of Retirement Living sites;
* Preparing status reports and working within legislative and compliance requirements;
* Providing excellent customer service and achieving positive outcomes;
* Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gardening, landscaping, and irrigation, as well as a basic knowledge of building or facilities maintenance requirements.
