**Job Description**:
**The Role**
AECOM's Program, Cost, Consultancy team has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our Brisbane team. As part of our high performing PCC group, you will be responsible for providing quantity surveying and cost management services on some of Queensland's and Australia's largest and most iconic vertical and horizontal infrastructure projects, giving you the opportunity to further develop your career.
As part of this role tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Cost planning and estimating during design phase;
- Measurement of quantities based on design drawings;
- Construction phase cost management;
- Cash flow forecasting;
- Assisting with feasibility studies, capital cost advice;
- Life-cycle costing.
**About You**
- 2-7 years' relevant post graduate professional experience;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Have a strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven team environment;
- Consulting experience - advantageous;
- Demonstrated skills in managing project costs and budgets.
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- Working knowledge of MS Suite - Essential;
- Medium to High Level knowledge of CostX- Essential.

- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- RPEQ, AIQS, RICS or recognised equivalent;
