Seeking a driven Legal Advisor to provide strategic legal support across global operations. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers exposure to various legal matters including commercial contracting, employment law, governance, and regulatory compliance.
The role will work closely with the General Counsel and commercial teams to offer timely and well-reasoned legal advice on commercial, corporate, and employment matters.
This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts as well as supporting compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide comprehensive legal guidance on commercial, corporate, and employment matters
 * Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
 * Support the management of disputes and instruct external counsel when necessary
 * Monitor legal developments relevant to the sector
 * Contribute to internal training on legal and compliance topics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Minimum 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or construction law
 * A current practising certificate in Western Australia
 * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Exposure to the sector is advantageous but not essential
 * Familiarity with PPSA, competition law, and employment law is advantageous
