Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new sales by identifying and converting new customers through cold calls, site visits, trade shows, and referrals.
* Demonstrate value by conducting hands-on demos that showcase the benefits of power equipment.
* Own your patch by building a territory sales strategy and executing with precision to achieve targets.
* Stay ahead by monitoring market trends and competitor activity to capitalize on opportunities.
* Build loyalty by maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key clients and repeat customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B or technical sales – ideally in construction, equipment, tools, or trades.
* Confident communicator and persuasive closer who thrives on challenges.
* Self-motivated, structured, and driven by targets.
* Comfortable with on-site product demos and face-to-face selling.
* CRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills.
* Full driver's license and police check (at offer stage).
