About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Program Support Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative support to our Counselling and Support Services programs.
Responsibilities
Manage and allocate referrals
Provide administrative support to clients and practitioners
Oversee administrative processes and client data
Assist with project administration
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications

Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver's licence
Experience in a health or community services setting (desirable)
Benefits
Salary starting from $69,****** to $77,****** + Super / *Pro-rata
