The Clinical Training Lead plays a pivotal role in building capability and consistency across regional mental health services. Working through Rural and Remote Mental Health Services (RRMHS), you’ll drive the development, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives that empower staff, enhance clinical practice, and support recovery-focused care. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? As the Clinical Training Lead, you will: Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of mental health training and development across Regional Local Health Networks. Apply clinical expertise to identify workforce learning needs and improve competency across diverse mental health teams. Design and implement evidence-based education programs that support best practice and recovery-oriented care. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic education initiatives that support service delivery. Support a positive learning culture by mentoring clinicians, reviewing practice, and aligning training with current policies and models of care. WHAT WILL WE OFFER YOU IN RETURN?
