We are seeking an experienced Digital Care Advisor to join our team, working as part of a fast-paced dynamic environment delivering support to customers over digital channels.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Resolving customer enquiries through live chat, email and social media
* Maintaining professional communication with customers during interactions, ensuring excellent spelling and grammar aligned with company tone of voice guides
* Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience measured through quality assurance, customer service surveys and other KPIs

You will be responsible for embodying the company values when communicating with internal or external parties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude focused on solutions rather than problems
* 12+ months experience in a Customer Service environment, ideally with advanced understanding of PC applications and experience using web-based CRM systems
