Responsibilities About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Olympic Dam team. Working an 8/6 roster (12‐hour shifts), you will play a key role in supporting asset reliability, planning efficiency, and maintenance performance across our underground fleet.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing maintenance data, systems, and databases
* Scheduling and planning maintenance activities
* Submitting asset disposal requests, management of change, and CAPEX plant applications
* Managing rotatable components and inventory requirements
* Conducting failure analysis and providing recommendations to improve reliability
Qualifications About You
You will thrive in this role if you possess:
* A mechanical or electrical trade qualification or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
* Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
* Experience with heavy mobile plant (preferred)
* A proactive attitude aligned with Redpath's motto: "Consider it done — safely."
