We are seeking a well presented, skilled and passionate Supervisor/Senior Client Advisor to join a well established store. Reporting directly to the Store Director, you will play an integral part in day to day operations of the boutique, team training, team development and exceeding client expectations.
- Previous management/supervisor experience in a Premium/Luxury environment
- High level of business acumen, stock management and labour control
- Experience in leading and developing high performing sales team members
- Passion for retail and high end sales
- Immaculate presentation and confident communication skills
- Previous experience building and nurturing VIP client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
