Distribution Services Agent
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Distribution Services Agent to support our team in driving growth and collaboration across the district.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and able to work independently, and be eager to learn and adapt to changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing, and filing.
* Handle customer feedback, requests, and complaints effectively and escalate/report to superior accordingly.
* Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of inventory in systems.
* Collect and compile data for measurement of key performance indicators.
* Maintain procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.
* Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.
Requirements:
* Minimum tertiary education with 2 years related working experience.
* Knowledge of warehousing and logistics operation is an advantage.
* Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Customer service skills and relevant knowledge in handling customers for specific industries.
