Job Description
As a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, you will play a critical role in driving excellence across our digital marketing ecosystem. Your strategic mindset and passion for enabling high-performing teams will be essential in leading operational planning and execution for global initiatives and product launches.
You will be responsible for driving alignment across digital marketing functions through structured workflows and governance, as well as owning and optimizing digital team operations including ceremonies, BURs, and showcases. Your expertise in campaign planning, performance tracking, and operational governance will be crucial in achieving business goals.
Furthermore, you will translate business goals into actionable digital initiatives and lead business case development, championing innovation in digital operations by piloting new tools and processes to improve speed-to-market and campaign effectiveness.

* 7+ years' experience in digital marketing operations or strategy
* Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary digital teams and workflows
* Strong background in campaign planning, performance tracking, and operational governance
* Experience leading transformation projects and implementing scalable processes
* Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes
* Familiarity with digital ceremonies, agile marketing practices, and performance frameworks
