The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Electronic Technician to join our growing Queensland team based at our Yatala facility. You’ll work on a variety of projects including the installation, service, and maintenance of electronic signage systems across South East Queensland and regional areas.
What You’ll Do
· Perform on-site repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electronic signs and systems.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and electrical faults.
· Support manufacturing, assembly, and QA testing within the factory when required.
· Maintain detailed service and maintenance records.
· Travel to sites across Queensland (including occasional overnight stays).
About You
You take pride in hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and representing your team with professionalism on client sites. You’re safety-focused, organised, and ready to get involved in a variety of electrical and electronic work.
Qualifications & Skills
· Certificate III in Electronics, Telecommunications, Security, or equivalent trade qualification is a must.
· Experience in installing and maintaining electronic equipment.
· Strong understanding of digital and analogue electronics.
· Competent with multimeters, hand tools, and test equipment.
· Good computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, email systems).
· Excellent communication and initiative.
· Car license
Desirable (Advantageous)
· White Card, EWP, Forklift, RIW Card, First Aid Certificate.
· Medium Rigid (MR) Licence.
· QA and OHS understanding.
· Restricted electrical licence
