**Selection Criteria**:
- Approval to teach infants and primary (K-6) with demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, differentiated literacy and numeracy programs to improve student outcomes using evidence-based and data informed practices.
- A commitment to enrich opportunities for students and a willingness to develop, coordinate and implement whole school extra-curricular programs, with a focus on drama, dance, music, and visual arts.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work as part of an enthusiastic, collaborative team to build positive relationships with students, parents and the wider community.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop a positive learning environment and implement inclusive strategies to engage and support a diverse range of students with behavioural, academic, and social needs.
- Commitment to and understanding of, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education with the ability to embed Aboriginal Perspectives into teaching and learning programs to support positive and successful outcomes for First Nations students.
