Coming from a proven background in the retail industry, you will be able to demonstrate a excellent understanding of developing client and customer relations, while maintaining impeccable store and administration standards. Your role will include developing, mentoring and building your team to be experts in the industry, and you will have a successful history in leading from the front to achieve store and individual budgets as well as structured KPI's.
What we need from YOU
* Extensive sales management skills
* Confidence in HR, recruitment, coaching and developing
* A love of driving sales and consultative selling
* All day to day running's of a retail store: roster & inventory management, all admin & reporting, etc.
* A passion for product knowledge, VM and store standards
* Incredible operational and time management skills
