About the Role We are currently looking for a motivated and people-focused Candidate Manager to join our growing recruitment team supporting the Australian market, with a strong focus on Blue Collar and Labour Hire recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment, enjoys candidate sourcing and relationship management, and understands the urgency and coordination required in blue-collar hiring. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across labour hire, trades, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, and industrial sectors while supporting consultants with recruitment coordination and talent pipeline management. You will primarily support recruitment across: Blue Collar / Labour Hire Trades & Construction Industrial, Warehousing & Manufacturing White Collar - Engineering & Construction White Collar - Aviation & Renewable Energy (Oil & Gas) This is a remote opportunity offering long-term career growth, exposure to the Australian recruitment market, and the chance to work with a supportive and collaborative team.
