Role Detail This new role will join the MarTech & Optimisation team, a key function within the Business Development and Marketing (BD&M) team, who are responsible for the optimisation of BD and client operations; managing the MarTech stack; supporting users; developing efficient processes; data governance; insights and bringing new technology and solutions to the business that help deliver on the goals of the wider BD&M team and firm. Reporting to the Head of MarTech & Optimisation, you will focus on supporting the firm to deliver efficient and personalised digital experiences, that utilise all available functionality in our technology, to ensure efficient and consistent processes that can be easily measured and reported on. You will work closely with stakeholders who use our current go-to-market platforms and those that need access to data generated by those platforms. You will also be responsible for ensuring a streamlined connection to process, that starts and ends in Salesforce, where the available data can be used to gain insights into the relative success of initiatives and to enable more personalised client experiences. The role involves leading both the business process design and building the technical elements required to implement that process. This will include some non-system steps as well as our current platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, Eloqua, On24, Introhive and others. Summary of key areas of responsibility: Managing the firms Marketing Automation Platform (Oracle – Eloqua) Managing aspects of Salesforce to support Marketing initiatives Managing the firms Webinar and Event Platform (On24) Delivering on Client Experience Driving efficiency & productivity Stakeholder management Continuous Improvement & bringing the latest technology to the firm About You The role requires a strong technical background and experience in initiating and implementing solutions using technology for both internal stakeholders and a deep understanding of how technology can be used to create differentiated client experiences. You will be curious with a passion for learning and be across new and emerging tools including automation, agents and other AI tools. With your passion for MarTech and drive for continuous improvement, you will also bring: 8-10 years of relevant experience with proven success in BD&M tech implementation, support, and development. Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., Oracle Eloqua) and CRM platforms. Knowledge of CMS platforms, MarTech integration and data privacy. Strong understanding of digital branding and visual identity across multiple client facing platforms, and data privacy. Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; plus experience with event/webinar platforms, including video editing. Familiarity with client feedback tools and content systems (video, forms, etc.). Strong communication skills and be able to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and proven stakeholder management skills to develop and drive initiatives to support wider business objectives. Innovative ideas; be digitally literate, with a focus on enhancing client experience with examples of how you have led the roll out of new process using MarTech tools and functionality. An analytical mind; detail-orientation; and demonstrated experience in complex problem-solving and optimising business processes using technology.
