Job Description
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire new business within the Defence sector.
* Lead large-scale tenders and proposals, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract negotiation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maximise business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, solution owners, and executive leadership to drive sales success.
* Leverage industry insights and data-driven approaches to deliver tailored, outcome-focused solutions to customers.
Requirements
* 5-10+ years of proven sales experience in technology or government sectors, ideally within Defence and Intelligence.
* Skilled at engaging senior executives and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
* Confident leading complex sales processes, including large tenders and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with an ability to analyse ROI and financial value for clients.
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.
