Job Requirements:
* Minimum of five years post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation
* Proven experience practising in a team environment
* Proven ability to provide an excellent quality of work
* A proven ability to problem solve and improve processes
* Efficient time management to maintain control of key priorities
* Ability to develop referrers and engage in business development (including presentations to current and potential clients)
* Coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
What You Will Bring:
* The provision of technically and commercially sound advice relating to general commercial litigation work, including contract, insolvency, property, trust disputes and partnership/shareholder disputes
* Solid, demonstrated experience with insolvency and/or building disputes an advantage
* Demonstrated ability and confidence in advocacy and negotiation skills
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
* Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
