Customer Experience Professional

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding automotive customers through their journey, providing personalized support and addressing concerns with empathy and expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

* Guide customers throughout their journey from initial inquiry to resolution.



Requirements:



* Demonstrated complaint handling experience with a minimum of 2 years in customer relations or related fields.

* High school certificate required. Knowledge of the automotive industry and luxury sectors is an advantage.
