The Meat & Wine Co Adelaide is seeking Hosts/Reservations Agents to join the team - Full time salaried position available with a rotating roster.
Weekend availability needed.

Day to day responsibilities:
* Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face
* Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
* Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
* Processing payments and cash handling
Do you have?:
* Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
* Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms or Res Diary is an advantage
* A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
* Cash handling experience
* Current RSA certificate
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
