Job Description 12 12 12-month contract with a premier Commonwealth agency Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance Required Flexible work arrangements available from Canberra, ACT Support the delivery of critical ICT solutions supporting global operations Are you a certified Salesforce Administrator looking to make a meaningful impact within government global operations? Resolve Recruit is partnering with a prominent Commonwealth Government department to find an experienced Salesforce Administrator. Our client uses the Salesforce platforms to support critical business functions including crisis response, consular services, event management and stakeholder engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, respectful team environment whilst contributing to essential ICT services that support operations both nationally and internationally. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be the front door for day-to-day support enquiries, enabling users to maximise the Salesforce platform whilst maintaining data quality and compliance standards. You will assist with data modelling, create reports and dashboards, support workflow efficiency, and participate in governance processes to ensure best practice alignment. This role includes participation in a support roster (1 week per month) for critical incidents and departmental activities. Key Responsibilities: Enable user onboarding and maximise platform adoption across Salesforce applications Manage data quality, perform data loads and create accurate reports and dashboards to meet client needs Support workflow efficiency whilst ensuring compliance with government records classification and management requirements Execute production environment data updates with strict adherence to data governance standards Perform incident determination and resolution activities, including debug log interpretation Deploy changes via Azure DevOps and participate in post-deployment validation and platform release testing Key Experience and Skills: Minimum 3 years supporting Salesforce applications for Level 1 and 2 support. Specialist skills in Salesforce Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards, user provisioning, profiles and permissions, and process automation using flows Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Public Sector Solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to make persuasive, evidence-based recommendations Security Requirements: Applicants must hold an active Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance (or higher) to be considered.
