You’ll drive end-to-end testing efforts across workflows, integrations, and customizations, while mentoring junior testers and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Your proactive approach in identifying testing gaps, optimizing processes, and leveraging platform updates will play a key role in delivering high-performing and reliable CRM and ERP solutions.Qualifications:Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.Experience testing CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or Salesforce.Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.Experience in API testing using Postman.Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, or similar test and defect management tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with active participation in ceremonies and sprints.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.G stakeholder management skills.
