Undertake strategic situation analysis in planning for and delivering successful stakeholder and community engagement strategies, activities, and materials.
Plan and coordinate events and logistics, including Ministerial liaison, internal and external stakeholder management.
Prepare communication materials, speeches, advertising, and initiate and coordinate displays and staging.
Produce written, audio visual and digital communication strategies and resources.

Produce draft media releases and feature articles and supporting briefing notes.
Undertake coverage analysis and development of media responses through regular liaison with media coordinators.
Support project teams through contribution to project briefing notes.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Degree level qualification in communications, public relations, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in community engagement, stakeholder and issues management including experience with:
- Developing communication and community engagement material
- Developing and implementing communication and community engagement strategies.
- Media and issues analysis, tracking and management.
- Coordinating events.
