Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in large and complex organisations, or an equivalent combination of training and/or experience. Deep understanding of University employment frameworks, policies, procedures, systems, and processes. Ability to coach managers for career development, expectation setting, performance improvement, and exit if appropriate. Emotional intelligence, data analysis skills, and ability to form hypothesis, test for insights, and drive deep discovery and solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, stakeholder influence, and empathy.
