Job Opportunity: SAP HR / Payroll Functional Analyst
As an accomplished SAP HR / Payroll Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administrating the SAP SuccessFactors application.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless business processes and technical management of the SuccessFactors application, enhancing operational efficiency, driving business growth, and improving the end-user experience through expert administration of this key HR system.
* Manage the full lifecycle of the SAP SuccessFactors application, including configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
* Act as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors core HR modules like recruitment, onboarding, employee central, and payroll.
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
* Provide prompt resolution of issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimise system performance.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
* Act as first level back-up support for UKG Kronos.
