Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Service Advisor position. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and customer service experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and scheduling repair bookings for customers
* Handling service-related queries from customers
* Creating job cards and assisting with customer invoicing and purchase orders
* Updating customers and rebooking appointments for follow-up or repairs
* Ensuring Technicians have completed repair order information by checking stories, parts, kilometres etc.
* Confirming customers or drivers have signed repair orders to authorise repairs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a similar Service-focused role
* Truck industry experience is advantageous, or similar industry experience with a familiarity with repair order systems, invoicing and scheduling tools
* A passion for providing excellent customer service, proactive nature and team-focused attitude
* A solid understanding of data entry systems, Word and Excel
