The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for:
* End-to-end management of approximately 30 buildings / 1,300 lots
* Driving a proactive approach to maintenance, compliance, and issue resolution
* Working closely with Owners Corporations and Building Committees on planning and property improvements
* Ensuring adherence to legislation, by-laws, and industry best practice
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Providing clear, timely, and solution-focused communication
About You
We are seeking a confident and experienced Strata Manager who brings:
* Proven strata management experience (essential)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
* A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
* A valid Strata Licence (essential)
* Experience with Strata Master (highly regarded)
