We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Customer Supplies team as a full-time Customer Service Officer, based in Moonah.
About the Role
With a primary focus on servicing our customers' needs via our First Aid Kit Servicing vans, no two days will be the same You will enjoy autonomy in planning your visits to key clients and, when not on the road, you will be working in our retail outlet in Moonah assisting customers with their First Aid supplies and Scooters & Mobility requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Hit the road to service and restock first aid kits for our clients.
* Keep it compliant – manage inventory, keep accurate records and ensure standards are met.
* Deliver standout service in-store and on-site with expert product advice.
* Build connections – foster strong client relationships
* Drive improvement – contribute to a positive team culture and smarter processes.
* Stay safe – uphold WHS legislation and company policies.
* Own the details – manage stock levels, invoicing, and merchandising in your service vehicle.
* Think fast – troubleshoot on the spot and solve problems proactively.
* Boost sales – upsell products and maximise customer value.

Essential Requirements
To work with us, you must:
* Be willing to acquire or provide a National Police Check that has been issued within the last six months.
* Possess or be willing to acquire a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration with NDIS endorsement.
* An unrestricted Australian Driver's licence
* Be an Australian Resident or hold a valid Australian working visa.
