Job Title:
Process Excellence Leader
This is a leadership role that involves driving operational excellence and business performance through process improvement.
The Process Improvement team is responsible for leading the analysis of operational performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery to our customers.
1. Leading and facilitating improvement projects using business improvement tools, systems and techniques.
2. Overseeing and providing guidance on business intelligence, encompassing performance data, customer demand, and operational capacity modelling.
3. Collaborating with external stakeholders, including customers, to progress improvement projects and ensure service commitments are achieved.
4. Conducting thorough investigations of operational incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills. Training or experience in business improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or TapRoot is highly desirable.
