Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with the development, preparation and management of all aspects of access and occupations to meet business needs.
This role is focused on evaluating requests of a Third Party to gain access to the network, ensuring that works undertaken on the network are conducted in a safe manner, and in accordance with those standards for the works that have been previously approved.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and lead all activities of each access and occupation to ensure all planned works are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and delivery parameters.
* Assist with the development, preparation and management including all aspects of access and occupations to meet the needs of Asset Management - Freight and Third Party; and Network operations.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet the standard and regulation needs of Asset Management, Freight and Third Party, Network operations.
* Record and retain historical information regarding actual performance on the compliance with Site Access Permits (SAPs).
* Administration of relevant Access and Occupations information tasks as well as coordination of status reports for the portfolio of projects.

Requirements

* Work experience in a similar role in the rail or construction industry.

Note
This is a Part-Time (3 days), 12-month fixed term opportunity (with the possibility of extension) with 4-week's annual leave (pro-rata).
