Join our Dynamic Team as an Administration Officer

Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Child and Family Health Service team during an exciting period of growth and innovation. WCHN is the leading provider of specialist care for children, women, babies, and young people in South Australia, offering state-of-the-art healthcare and community-based services across the state.

In this role, you will:

* Commitment to Excellence in Client Service: Provide high-quality customer information and inquiry services to internal and external clients with professionalism and efficiency.
* Optimizing Operational Efficiency: Support seamless service operations through comprehensive administrative support to enhance team productivity.
* Proactive Appointment Management: Prioritize and assess appointments, understanding clients' needs to ensure efficient use of resources. Experience with Sunrise EMR is valuable.

Experience in child health, early development, or family services is highly valued, along with a deep commitment to supporting children's health in South Australia.
