This is a great opportunity for a HR Professional to join a Finance Transformation. This position will lead a high performing team focussing on the development and maintenance of the Culture and Capability of the Finance function.
This role will see you combine your strong technical skills with sound commercial acumen to exercise superior problem solving. Strong Project Management experience within an agile environment would also be beneficial for this role.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Development and maintenance of the Finance Capability plan including the curriculum and a number of significant transformation programs and initiatives to support the delivery of the finance strategy
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across to establish and evolve the Finance talent pipeline plan
- Leading key talent pipeline initiatives including the Finance Graduate and intern programs and inclusion and diversity.
- Providing thought leadership, considered recommendations and implementable initiatives to achieve Finance strategy outcomes and ensure a Future Fit finance function.
- Providing strategic oversight and input into the delivery of the initiatives that progress to implementation to achieve stream outcomes
