What we're looking for:
* Outbound sales, resourcing or 360 recruitment experience (Tech is preferred but not a requirement)
* Ambitious, driven & resilient individuals with a desire to improve and progress in your career

* Confidence to communicate clearly with candidates and clients on a daily basis
* Proactive, go-getter attitude
* Must be Australian PR / Citizen
What you'll be doing:
* You will receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
* Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes
* Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles
* Managing the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
* Become an expert in one of our technology markets
