Product Development & Production Team Lead
to drive projects from concept to delivery and lead a high-performing team.

What will you do?
Lead the development process for branded entertainment products from brief to delivery
Oversee production pipelines, supplier relationships, and factory readiness
Ensure products meet licensor approvals, IP guidelines, and quality standards
Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting across multiple projects and regions
Drive continuous improvement across product development and production processes
Support and develop a team of product specialists and production staff
Solve challenges quickly and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
What do you need?
Proven experience in product development or production management
Background in entertainment marketing, consumer products, licensing, FMCG, or related industries
Solid project management skills, with experience managing critical paths and deadlines
Knowledge of licensing, approvals, and compliance processes
Experience working with suppliers, factories, and quality assurance standards
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and identify efficiencies
