The role at our Springwood club is essential for building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will interact with prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey with us. You are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The role involves two clear goals: achieving growth through proactive activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You will provide expert support on all things related to health and fitness, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to our growth strategy using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member experiences through positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the roster
- Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regularly contact new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend products that boost results and amplify experience
About You:
- Hold current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Build rapport with people from varied backgrounds with a desire to help others succeed in their goals
- Solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others
- Show tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
